Ukah Eulogises Role Of Women As family Builders

Delta State Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education, Mr. Patrick Ukah, has underscored the role of women in the success of every family.

Mr. Ukah stated this in Asaba during the Mothers Day celebration organised by Catholic Women Organisation (CWO) of St. Emmanuel The Saviour Catholic Church.

The Basic and Secondary Education Commissioner, who was one of the decorated Grand Patrons of CWO of the church, pledged his continued support to the women of the church.

Earlier in his sermon, the Parish Priest of the church, Rev. Fr. Francis Nwanedo, who admonished Christians not to allow the problems they might be passing through to take away their attention and service to God, said that in the journey of life, obstacles were inevitable but surmountable .
