Data Analysis and AI Literacy: Providing foundational knowledge in handling data and understanding Artificial Intelligence tools to improve business efficiency.
2. Advanced Vocational and Technical Training.
Beyond digital skills, the program will focus on the training of technical trades such as mechanics, electricians, plumbers or skills with high local demand and export potential in the following areas:
Renewable Energy Installation: Training technicians in solar panel installation, maintenance, and inverter systems to address power challenges and tap into the growing green economy.
Modern Agribusiness Value Chain: Intensive training on mechanization, packaging, processing, and cold-chain logistics for key farm produce known in the Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency, thereby transforming farmers into agri-entrepreneurs.
Advanced Fashion and Craftsmanship: Elevating local artisans and tailors with modern techniques, quality control, and international market standards.
Pillar 2: Entrepreneurship and Seed Capital Fund

Structured Business Training: Mandatory 4-week training modules on financial literacy, business plan writing, bookkeeping, and sustainability for all applicants.
Seed Capital Disbursement: Providing non-refundable seed capital grants (tiered based on business maturity; idea, startup, or growth phase) to successful participants with viable, scalable business plans.
Mentorship Network: Establishing a robust mentorship pool, leveraging successful business leaders from the constituency and Delta State to provide long-term guidance and coaching to the new entrepreneurs.
2. Post-Training Micro-Credit Linkages
The program is also being planned not to end with a grant. It is expected to create strategic partnerships with local microfinance institutions and commercial banks to facilitate access to low-interest loans for beneficiaries who successfully utilize their initial seed capital, ensuring business continuity and expansion.

Recognizing that empowerment must be equitable across the four Local Government Areas (Aniocha North, Aniocha South, Oshimili North, and Oshimili South), the program will feature initiatives tailored for Women and Men Empowerment Programs whereby they will receive dedicated support.
This is expected to come through establishment and funding of Agro-Processing Cooperatives to focus on high-value processing (e.g., garri processing, cassava milling, or palm oil refinement), equipped with modern, communal machinery.
The program will also provide trade and market support to traders and market women by way of providing them with working capital and standardized stalls or infrastructure improvements in local markets working with the Local Government Chairmen in the various areas to boost commercial activities.
