In a remarkable display of love, kindness and dedication to his people, Rt. Hon. Ndudi Elumelu, the immediate past Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, has been celebrating the birthdays of his constituents, the people of Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency in a unique and impactful way.
Through his Aniocha/Oshimili people-based WhatsApp platform, “DOOR to DOOR” which is one of the most teeming WhatsApp platforms in Delta State and Nigeria, Elumelu has been gifting every birthday celebrant on the platform with N200,000 on their special day thereby spreading joy and warmth across the Federal Constituency.
This gesture, which has been ongoing for about two years, has not only brought together his people across the four Local Government Areas in Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency, Delta State, but also reinforced inclusiveness and the sense of cordiality between Elumelu and the people.
The initiative has also become a further pointer to the former Minority Leader’s commitment to the welfare of his people.
“I am overwhelmed with joy and gratitude. Rt. Hon. Ndudi Elumelu’s gesture is a reminder that he truly cares about his people in Aniocha/ Oshimili. I will never forget his kindness,” said one beneficiary (name withheld) on his birthday recently.
Another beneficiary, who wished to remain anonymous, expressed her gratitude, “I have known Hon. Elumelu to be a kind-hearted leader, but this birthday gift has touched my heart. He is not just a leader; he is a father who has genuine love and concern for his people.”
A group of beneficiaries in a joint comment recently said “We are blessed to have a leader like Rt. Hon. Ndudi Elumelu. He is a true servant-leader who always puts his people first,”
