Immediate Past Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Ndudi Elumelu OON, has sent a heartfelt message congratulating Hon. Emmanuel Bazim Chinye, Executive Chairman of Aniocha North Local Government Area on his birthday anniversary today, Wednesday, October 29, 2025.
Elumelu, in the message described Hon. Chinye as “courageous, honest, visionary and inspiring leader, who continue to display unparalleled foresight, commitment and dedication to the development and wellbeing of the people, a stance that has earned him the love and respect of many in Delta State and beyond”.
The former Minority Leader eulogized the Executive Chairman for his “impressive life-changing achievements which are enormously impacting on the people of Aniocha North Local Government Area”, adding that Hon. Chinye remains “exceptional in stewardship”
Elumelu noted that the Council Chairman’s bold developmental strides are in line with President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Francis Oborevwori’s Renewed Hope for MORE Agenda.
Stating that people of Aniocha North Local Government Area and indeed Deltans are very proud of Hon. Chinye, Elumelu expressed gratitude to God for granting him wisdom, vision, energy and good health in the service of humanity. He prayed for God’s abiding grace in Hon Chinye’s life and wished him many years of fruitful service and accomplishments.
