The Executive Chairman of Aniocha North Local Government, Hon. Emmanuel Bazim Chinye, has congratulated renowned business leader and philanthropist, Dr. Tony Onyemaechi Elumelu, on the occasion of his 63rd birthday anniversary, describing him as an illustrious son of Aniocha North who has grown into a global citizen whose influence continues to resonate across continents.
In a statement on Sunday, March 22, 2026, Hon. Chinye, on behalf of the Government and People of Aniocha North, extolled Dr. Elumelu for his exceptional contributions to economic development, entrepreneurship, and human capital advancement in Nigeria, Africa, and the wider world.
