The Executive Chairman of Aniocha North Local Government, Hon. Emmanuel Bazim Chinye, has congratulated the First Lady of Delta State and wife of the Governor, Her Excellency, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, on the occasion of her 56th birthday anniversary, describing her as a compassionate Woman whose humanitarian efforts continue to impact lives across the state.
In a congratulatory message issued on behalf of his wife, the Government, and the people of Aniocha North, the council boss expressed gratitude to God for the life of the First Lady, while commending her unwavering commitment to uplifting vulnerable groups through her pet project, the *You Matter Charity Foundation*.
Hon. Chinye noted that the First Lady’s advocacy for children, persons with special needs, and the less privileged reflects her deep sense of compassion and service, adding that her initiatives have remained a source of hope and inspiration to many Deltans.
He further praised Deaconess Oborevwori for her steadfast support and as a guiding light to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, describing her as a strong pillar behind the administration’s people-focused “MORE Agenda With Renewed Hope,” which he said continues to deliver meaningful development across the state.
The Aniocha North chairman also expressed appreciation to the First Lady for choosing the Local Government Area as host for activities marking her 56th birthday celebration, describing the gesture as a rare honour and a testament to her confidence in the people of the area.
“As we welcome Your Excellency to Aniocha North, we pray that Almighty God grants you long life, sound health, and many more years of impactful service to Delta State,” he stated.
Hon. Chinye wished the First Lady continued grace and strength, congratulating her on what he described as another milestone in a life dedicated to compassion, service, and the advancement of humanity.
