The Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria (APBN), Delta State Chapter, has extended warm Easter greetings to the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, the state government, professionals, and the entire people of the state, urging a renewed commitment to integrity, unity, and service.
In an Easter message signed by the Chairman of the chapter, Rev Lewis Afolabi, and the Secretary, Mr. Emmanuel Enebeli, the association emphasized the spiritual significance of the season, describing it as a period that reflects sacrifice, renewal, and hope through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
The association noted that the essence of Easter should inspire professionals across various fields to recommit themselves to excellence, ethical conduct, and nation-building, stressing that the values symbolized by the season are critical to societal progress.
According to the statement, “Easter reminds us of the power of sacrifice, renewal, and hope through the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. As professionals committed to excellence and service, we pray that this season inspires us to uphold integrity, unity, and dedication in our various fields and in our contributions to nation-building.”
APBN further expressed optimism that the joy and message of the risen Christ would strengthen the resolve of citizens and professionals alike, guiding them toward greater achievements and collective development in Delta State.
The association wished Governor Oborevwori, professionals, and all Deltans a peaceful and blessed Easter celebration, while reiterating its commitment to promoting professionalism and ethical standards across the state.
