The immediate past Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Ndudi Elumelu, OON, has congratulated Chief Government Ekpemupolo, also known as Tompolo, on the occasion of his 55th birthday anniversary.
In a goodwill message he personally authored on Sunday, Elumelu expressed profound gratitude to God Almighty for sustaining the life of Chief Ekpemupolo over the years, describing him as “a man with a heart of gold and a genuine love for Nigeria, particularly the Niger Delta.”
He noted that Tompolo’s untiring love and dedication to the Lord God Almighty have continued to define him as a man of compassion, focus, and discipline, whose actions reflect deep spiritual grounding and commitment to humanity.
Elumelu further commended Chief Ekpemupolo for his immense contribution to the peace and security currently being enjoyed in the Niger Delta region.
He highlighted the critical role played by Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, which he chairs, in safeguarding vital oil infrastructure across the creeks of the region.
According to him, the efforts of Tantita Security Services have significantly curbed crude oil theft and pipeline vandalism, thereby boosting oil production and contributing meaningfully to the growth and stability of Nigeria’s economy.
Reflecting on their personal relationship, Elumelu described Chief Ekpemupolo as a worthy friend and brother, whose loyalty and commitment have remained steadfast over the years.
“On behalf of my family and political associates, I heartily rejoice and felicitate with you on this milestone. Your friendship has been worthwhile, and your contributions to our nation remain invaluable,” he stated.
Elumelu further offered heartfelt prayers for God’s abiding grace and protection upon Chief Ekpemupolo, asking the Almighty to continually bless him with robust health, renewed strength, and divine wisdom in all his endeavours.
He expressed his earnest desire for the renowned Niger Delta Leader to witness many more years filled with joy, peace, and remarkable accomplishments, while continuing to make meaningful contributions to national development and the upliftment of humanity at large.
