Issele-Mkpitime Monarch Confers Chieftaincy Title On Mark Olele …Urges Continued Love For Community

The Traditional Ruler of Issele-Mkpitime kingdom in Aniocha North Local Government Area, Delta State, His Royal Majesty Obi Sunday Ubaka Ogboli, has conferred the chieftaincy title of Ikemba on Chief Mark Olele.

Chief Mark Olele is an illustrious Son of Issele-Mkpitime, based in the United States of America

The impressive and colorful ceremony took place on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at the Obi’s Palace in Issele-Mkpitime and was witnessed by prominent Chiefs and dignitaries of the community who came from far and near, in their numbers in honour of Chief Mark Olele.

It was a delightful occasion for Chief Olele who was accompanied by the wife to the Palace for the royal honour.

Notable Chiefs at the ceremony included the Iyase; Chief Lawrence Njiokwu, the Odogwu; Chief Patrick Okonkwo, the Onu-Obi; Hon Chief Kress Njiokwuemeni, the Odozeani; Chief Sam Ngozi Olele, the Onwa; Chief Paul Ngbanwa, the Ekwueme; Chief Henry Nonso Ugbolue, the Ihama; Chief Benjamin Nwabuzor, the Akwulunor; Chief Mike Mgbanwa and the kpakpando; Chief Unoma-Nwaobi Udeh.

Conferring the Chieftaincy title to Mark Olele, the traditional ruler, Obi Sunday Ogboli described him as a great lover of the community who has demonstrated commitment to its progress.

While highlighting Chief Mark Olele’s developmental strides in the Community, Obi Ogboli urged him to remain steadfast in his love and commitment to the development of Issele-Mkpitime.

The highly charismatic traditional ruler maintained that honour should be given to whom honour is due and said that the conferring of the Chieftaincy title on Chief Mark Olele was well-deserved.

Obi Ogboli appreciated the presence of notable Chiefs of the community, and said their presence was an encouragement towards the fostering of unity, peace and progress in the Issele-Mkpitime kingdom.

He called on Chieftaincy title holders and other illustrious Sons and Daughters of Issele-Mkpitime to join hands together towards moving the community to another level of peace, progress and prosperity.

Chief Sam Ngozi Olele, brother of the newly conferred Ikemba, expressed gratitude to Obi Sunday Ogboli and the Obi-in-Council of Issele-Mkpitime for finding Chief Mark Olele worthy of the honour as the Ikemba of the Community.

He assured his brother, the newly conferred Ikemba of Issele-Mkpitime would remain loyal to the palace and commit to the development of the community.

Guests were later treated to a rousing reception at the Chief Mark Olele’s Country home in Issele-Mkpitime.

Also at the event was Deacon Chijioke Williams Ugbolue; the Publisher of cshowcasenews.com, an online newspaper.
