Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Ndudi Elumelu was, on Thursday, December 29, 2022, formally presented with the flag of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), as the Party’s Flagbearer for House of Representatives, Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency, in the 2023 general elections.
Elumelu was presented with the flag, by the State Chairman of the PDP, Delta State, Olorogun Kingsley Esiso, at the Party’s Local Government Area Campaign rallies, held at Oshimili North and South Local Government Areas of the State.
The campaign rally with massive gathering of Party faithful, at Akwukwu-Igbo and Asaba, had the Governor of the State and Vice Presidential Candidate of the PDP, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa, Speaker of the State House of Assembly and Governorship Candidate of the Party in the State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, and the Deputy Governorship Candidate, Chief Monday Onyeme, in attendance.
Also at the colourful campaign rally which had Chief Nkem Okwuofu, (Permanent Mother of Government) and other notable leaders of the party in the State present, was the Delta North Senatorial Candidate of the Party, Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko, the House of Assembly Candidates for Oshimili North and Oshimili South State Constituencies, Barrister Frank Esenwa and Barrister Bridget Anyafulu who were also presented with the party flags.
The crowd was massive; the love for the PDP was glaring.
