The Executive Chairman of Aniocha North Local Government Area, Hon. Emmanuel Bazim Chinye, has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to prioritising the welfare of workers in the council.
Hon. Chinye gave the assurance on Monday during an interactive meeting with management and staff of the local government at the Collins Ogwugwua NULGE Event Centre, within the council premises in Issele-Uku.
He commended the workforce for their dedication and contributions to the achievements recorded by his administration in the past year, expressing gratitude to God for granting the workers the grace to witness the new year, 2026. The chairman described the workers as critical partners in the implementation of his administration’s vision to rebuild Aniocha North and assured them of a better year ahead.
The council chairman urged workers to remain steadfast, committed, and dedicated to duty, stressing that his administration has consistently demonstrated love and compassion across all cadres of the workforce. He further assured them that their commitment and sacrifices would continue to be recognised and valued.
Hon. Chinye also called on workers to sustain their support and cooperation for the Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, in the implementation of the MORE Agenda with Renewed Hope, as well as President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

During the interactive session, workers freely expressed their views, commending the chairman for his commitment to good governance. They pledged their unalloyed loyalty to his administration while also making constructive suggestions on areas that could be strengthened to further enhance workers’ welfare.
The meeting, which had in attendance the full complement of the Aniocha North Local Government Executive Council, was the first interactive engagement with workers in the year.
The meeting underscored Hon. Emmanuel Bazim Chinye’s belief in constant dialogue with staff as a means of promoting peace, harmony, and productivity in the workplace, which ultimately contributes to the development of the local government area.
