Delta North College of Special Assistants Donates Wheelchairs to You Matter Foundation

In a remarkable demonstration of compassion and commitment to humanitarian service, the Delta North College of Special Assistants, led by Mr. Clifford Osahenye, donated wheelchairs to the You Matter Foundation, the NGO of the Wife of the Delta State Governor, Her Excellency, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori.
