The former Minority Leader of the House of Representatives and All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency in the forthcoming general election, Rt. Hon. Ndudi Godwin Elumelu, OON, has congratulated Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on the occasion of her 66th birthday anniversary.
In a personally authored birthday message on Monday, September 21, 2026, Elumelu thanked God for the life of the First Lady and celebrated her contributions to public service, national development and the welfare of vulnerable Nigerians.
Elumelu described Senator Oluremi Tinubu as a distinguished public servant whose years in the National Assembly and subsequent service as First Lady have been marked by a strong commitment to issues affecting women, children, families and disadvantaged members of society.
He particularly acknowledged the humanitarian interventions of the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI), through which the First Lady has supported programmes in areas including education, healthcare, economic empowerment, agriculture, social investment, focus on women, young people and vulnerable families.
According to Elumelu, Senator Tinubu’s public life reflects a sustained interest in using leadership and public office to improve the lives of others.
He said: “I warmly congratulate Her Excellency, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, on the occasion of her 66th birthday.

Elumelu also acknowledged the First Lady’s role as a source of support to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, noting that her public responsibilities have complemented her commitment to family and national service.
He prayed that God would continue to grant Senator Oluremi Tinubu wisdom, strength, sound health and many more years to contribute to the progress of Nigeria and the wellbeing of its people.
