Delta Online Publishers Forum (DOPF) has raised the curtain on the much-anticipated 2023 DOPF 4th Lecture Series by selecting the distinguished Secretary of the Uvwie Council of Chiefs, Chief Dr Samuel J. Eshenake (JP), as the Chairman.
