The Executive Chairman of Aniocha North Local Government, Hon. Emmanuel Bazim Chinye, has congratulated the immediate past Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, on the occasion of his 67th birthday, describing the celebration as a fitting tribute to a statesman whose years of public service have left an indelible mark on Delta State and its people.
In a goodwill message on behalf of his family, the Government and the people of Aniocha North, Hon. Chinye extolled Senator Okowa’s steadfast commitment to public service, noting that his remarkable contributions to governance, human capital development and the advancement of the state continue to inspire many within and beyond Delta State.
“Congratulations and Happy 67th Birthday to My Oga Kpatakpata, Distinguished Leader and Political Father, the Ekwueme I, His Excellency, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, Immediate Past Governor of Delta State,” Hon. Chinye wrote
The Council Chairman remarked that the former Governor’s journey in leadership has been distinguished by humility, patriotism, compassion and an enduring dedication to the welfare of the people, qualities which, he said, have earned him the respect and esteem of many across the country.
Hon. Chinye prayed that Almighty God would continue to uphold Senator Okowa with divine grace, preserve him in sound health, and grant him greater strength, wisdom and peace in the years ahead. He also prayed that God would continually bless the former Governor’s family and crown his future endeavours with outstanding success.
According to the Chairman, Senator Okowa’s fatherly guidance, exemplary statesmanship and enduring contributions to the growth and development of Delta State remain worthy of appreciation. He expressed confidence that God’s guidance would continue to accompany the former Governor as he prepares for another chapter of public service ahead of his expected inauguration as Senator in 2027.
Hon. Chinye wished Senator Okowa a memorable 67th birthday celebration and many more years of fruitful service to humanity, praying that the years ahead would bring him greater fulfilment, renewed strength and abundant blessings.
