A prominent political leader in Delta State and Member of the State Advisory and Elders Council, Chief Nkem Okwuofu, has felicitated the former Governor of Delta State and the APC Senatorial candidate for Delta North Senatorial District in the forthcoming 2027 general election, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, on the joyful occasion of his 67th birthday anniversary.
