The Minority Leader of the 9th House of Representatives and All Progressives Congress (APC) Flag bearer for the Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency seat in the forthcoming general election, Rt. Hon. Ndudi Elumelu, OON, has congratulated the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, on the occasion of his 63rd birthday anniversary.
Elumelu described Governor Oborevwori as a bridge-builder and pragmatic administrator whose stewardship has continued to foster unity, stability and meaningful progress across Delta State.
In a congratulatory message on Friday June 19, 2026, Elumelu, on behalf of the entire Elumelu family and the people of Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency, celebrated Governor Oborevwori for his exemplary leadership and service to the State, describing his birthday as an opportunity to reflect on a life devoted to public service and the advancement of the welfare of the people.
He praised Governor Oborevwori for his humility, administrative competence and sustained efforts towards improving the wellbeing of the people, noting that the Oborevwori administration has continued to deliver meaningful outcomes that have strengthened peace, unity and development across the State.
Elumelu maintained that the Governor has remained humble, kindhearted and Godfearing leader who believes in rewarding loyalty, even as he commended him for the impactful implementation of his MORE Agenda With Renewed Hope, which he said has translated into visible improvements in infrastructure, security, education, healthcare, human capital development and other critical sectors of the State’s economy.
He noted that Governor Oborevwori’s inclusive approach to governance and his ability to foster cordial relationships with stakeholders across political, traditional, religious and social divides have significantly contributed to the stability and rapid development being witnessed in Delta State.
The renowned federal lawmaker particularly appreciated the Governor for the various developmental projects executed across the State, including those within the Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency, stressing that such interventions have continued to improve the living conditions of the people while creating opportunities for economic growth and social advancement.
