Chief Nkem Okwuofu (Agunwanyi), has congratulated Mr. Tony Onyemaechi Elumelu, CFR, on his appointment as Chairman of Seplat Energy Plc, describing the development as a fitting recognition of a man whose influence on business and enterprise has extended far beyond Nigeria’s borders.
